About

Thirty-six years of hands-on work has taught me something simple: the body remembers what the mind tries to forget. Every client who walks into my Mesa studio carries tension they didn't know they had — stress locked in the shoulders, old injuries settling into the lower back, a kind of exhaustion that sleep alone won't fix. I've spent more than three decades learning how to listen to what your body needs, whether that's Swedish massage to ease you into deep relaxation, medical-grade deep tissue work for chronic pain, or something more specialized like Fibromyalgia Therapy or sports massage for the athlete in you.

My training started at the Swedish Institute in New York back in 1989, then grew to include a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with concentration in human physiology from Arizona State University, plus a master's in spiritual science. I've worked with people living through Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, lymphedema, and recovery from stroke. Most medical conditions find their way into my studio, and I've learned how to adapt.

I'm based in Mesa, Arizona, serving clients throughout the valley and beyond — I make mobile house calls within a 50-mile radius if that's easier for you. My studio has UV-C filtered air, PPE available on request, and a calm space designed to help you drop the weight you've been carrying. Beyond massage, I offer spa services: ionic detox foot baths, salt scrubs, sugar and mineral polishes, facials, and body treatments at $50 each. I also work with Red-Light Therapy, the Violet Ray for neuropathy, acupressure point stimulators, and massage guns — ask what might help your particular situation.

I can do four-hand massage sessions with one of my assistants when you want twice the comfort and twice the hands working together. Gift certificates and prepaid session packages are available. Veterans, active military, law enforcement, students, massage therapists, seniors, and emergency workers receive discounts. Call or text to book.

Testimonials

Michael is the BEST. I felt so good for two days after this massage — better than I've ever felt after a massage. I actually hated massages before this, but now I'm a believer. I'm keeping him as a regular until I move. Thank you so much.

After finding Michael's website, I booked an appointment and was so glad I did. He's professional and understanding, asking about my medical history and any problem areas before we started. The massage left me feeling relaxed and de-stressed. I highly recommend him.

From the moment the session started, I felt at ease and supported. I've been dealing with physical challenges, and Michael helped me feel more hopeful about my recovery. During the work, I could feel the stress leaving. His hands did what I needed, and I left smiling, already thinking about the next appointment.
