About
Shiatsu and breathwork open up what your body's been holding onto. After twelve years of working with clients across Tempe and the surrounding areas, I've learned that real bodywork isn't about following a script. It's about reading what your body needs in that moment and responding with intention.
I'm not a licensed massage therapist in the traditional sense, and I'm clear about that because my work lives in a different space. What I do is blend a range of modalities—Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Conscious Breathwork, Rosen Method—to address the specific aches and tensions that brought you to me. I see bodywork as The Art of Human Touch. Your body becomes something I work with, reshaping it back to ease and balance, drawing out the negative energy and daily strain you've been carrying.
I work both in my studio here in Tempe and mobile throughout the greater Phoenix area within a 25-mile radius. Whether you come to me or I come to you, I bring the same focus: finding your individual pain points and using pressure and technique that fit exactly what you need, not what some protocol says you should have. Clients often tell me they feel the difference between someone going through motions and someone who's genuinely listening to their body.
My studio offers a calm, private space with amenities to help you settle in—water, a shower, a restroom. But the real work happens on the table. I'm here for anyone 21 and older who shows up ready to be present. Just be a good human being, and we'll do well together.

Testimonials
I've been seeing Jon regularly for six years because his work is simply that good. He knows human anatomy inside and out and can shift seamlessly between deep pressure and therapeutic technique depending on whether I mention injuries or problem areas. Whether you're an athlete or someone managing daily stress, he delivers thorough, skilled work. His practice is busy, yet he books appointments quickly and approaches each client with genuine thoughtfulness and positivity.
Walking into Jon's studio immediately puts you in a calm, welcoming frame of mind. He carries himself with respect and professionalism while demonstrating real skill in his craft. What sets him apart is an intuitive sense of your body's needs—he applies exactly the right amount of pressure without requiring detailed direction, responding to what your body communicates. His touch feels both healing and precise, and he goes beyond standard expectations to create a deeply personal session. I've never left a massage feeling so completely at ease, and his positive energy stays with you long after.
I travel constantly for work and never miss a chance to book with Jon when I'm in Phoenix. Over seven years of visits, he's consistently on time and works the full duration of every session. His pressure stays strong throughout, and his friendly demeanor puts you at ease. He brings all his own equipment, so there's nothing for you to handle—just lie back and relax. I always come back to him, and I truly believe he's the best I've experienced.
As a licensed massage therapist and bodywork instructor myself, I've tried many practitioners, and this was the best massage I've ever had. Jon demonstrates excellent technique and knows precisely how much pressure each area requires. His manner is gentle and non-judgmental—you feel genuinely looked after from arrival through departure. His skill shines through his hands, and his kind spirit comes across in every moment. You owe it to yourself to book a session.
Brilliant is the only word for Jon. I've been going for a couple of years now and I'm never let down. He delivers consistently outstanding relaxation with firm, smooth strokes that melt stress and create complete calm. He's simply outstanding—don't hesitate to book with him. You'll be glad you did.
Not knowing quite what to expect, Jon delivered on every level. He's intelligent, kind, responsive, and gives a genuinely deep massage—not the surface-level type. This is real, thorough, professional work. Most people would benefit from booking at least 90 minutes to get the full depth he offers.
The whole session exceeded what I expected. Jon was extremely warm and personable from start to finish.
Jon has been my therapist for years and I've been seeing him more regularly lately. His intuition is remarkable and his technique is excellent. He gives each session the time and attention it deserves without rushing you or making you feel pressed for time. The professionalism and care throughout is evident.
My first visit on Friday was so good I booked another appointment for Monday before leaving town. This was the strongest deep tissue massage I'd tried, yet it left me deeply relaxed and reluctant to get up. What made it special was Jon himself—he's genuinely nice, funny, and approachable, easy to talk to. I've been back every time I'm in Arizona since.
