About

Shiatsu and breathwork open up what your body's been holding onto. After twelve years of working with clients across Tempe and the surrounding areas, I've learned that real bodywork isn't about following a script. It's about reading what your body needs in that moment and responding with intention.

I'm not a licensed massage therapist in the traditional sense, and I'm clear about that because my work lives in a different space. What I do is blend a range of modalities—Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Conscious Breathwork, Rosen Method—to address the specific aches and tensions that brought you to me. I see bodywork as The Art of Human Touch. Your body becomes something I work with, reshaping it back to ease and balance, drawing out the negative energy and daily strain you've been carrying.

I work both in my studio here in Tempe and mobile throughout the greater Phoenix area within a 25-mile radius. Whether you come to me or I come to you, I bring the same focus: finding your individual pain points and using pressure and technique that fit exactly what you need, not what some protocol says you should have. Clients often tell me they feel the difference between someone going through motions and someone who's genuinely listening to their body.

My studio offers a calm, private space with amenities to help you settle in—water, a shower, a restroom. But the real work happens on the table. I'm here for anyone 21 and older who shows up ready to be present. Just be a good human being, and we'll do well together.

I travel constantly for work and never miss a chance to book with Jon when I'm in Phoenix. Over seven years of visits, he's consistently on time and works the full duration of every session. His pressure stays strong throughout, and his friendly demeanor puts you at ease. He brings all his own equipment, so there's nothing for you to handle—just lie back and relax. I always come back to him, and I truly believe he's the best I've experienced.
