About

Ashiatsu, Thai, deep tissue work—these aren't just names of techniques I learned years ago. They're doorways. When I press my foot along your spine or use my hands to release tension you've been holding in your shoulders for months, I'm working with your body's own language. That's what 13 years of practice in various modalities has taught me.

I'm Randy, and I've built my studio in mid-town Little Rock—just above the Heights, in Hillcrest—because this neighborhood feels right. It's a safe, influential place where people can actually relax. My space has everything you need for a real massage session: a heated table, hot towels, aromatherapy, a shower if you want it after. The music is calm. The room is private. You won't feel rushed or judged here, ever.

I work with anyone who walks through the door. Men, women, trans, gay, bi, straight—I don't carry assumptions. I'm flexible with scheduling too. Weekday sessions, some evenings, weekend availability. If you're traveling and staying in an Airbnb nearby, I can work around that. And if you'd rather I come to you, I do mobile sessions within a 10-mile radius of Little Rock, though the rate is a bit higher to cover travel.

What I do best is listen to what your body needs and blend techniques to match it. Maybe you want pure relaxation—Swedish, Lomi Lomi, conscious breathwork to help you drop into quiet. Maybe you need sports massage or deep therapeutic work to unlock what's stuck. Maybe reflexology or steam massage sounds right. I customize every session because no two people carry tension the same way. I'm happy to talk through what you're feeling, or if you want silence and space to zone out, that's what I'll give you too.
