About
Conscious breathwork paired with sustained pressure on a trigger point—that moment when your nervous system finally recognizes it's safe to let go. That's where the real work begins.
I've spent six years exploring how touch and awareness combine to help people heal. My journey started with my own body, my own need to understand what was locked inside—the tension we carry from stress, from old injuries, from simply being alive in this world. That search led me through yoga, Reiki, Shiatsu, Osteopathy, and dance. Each practice taught me something different about how the body holds memory, and how the right kind of attention can help release it.
Now I work with clients in Berkeley and surrounding areas, both in-studio and mobile. Every session is different because every body is different. I listen to what you're experiencing—where you hurt, what you need, what you've already tried—and we build something together. You might receive gentle, soothing work one day and deeper, more targeted pressure the next. I might weave in CranioSacral Therapy, Tui Na, Neuromuscular techniques, or conscious breathwork, depending on what your body is asking for.
I'm queer, and I'm the child of queer parents. That shapes how I show up. I'm committed to creating a space where LGBTQ+ folks feel truly welcomed and seen. If you have injuries, sensitivities, or anything else I should know, please tell me. Ask me questions. This is your session, your healing.
