Three decades of hands-on work have taught me what bodies really need. Since 1995, when I completed my training at the Body Electric School in Oakland, I've been listening to what each person brings to the table — their tension, their history, their hopes for feeling better.
My studio in Cathedral City is a quiet place with free parking, designed so you can arrive already beginning to relax. I work with strong yet sensitive hands, adapting my blend of techniques to fit your body's particular needs. Whether you're drawn to gentle Swedish, deep tissue work that reaches into chronic tension, or CranioSacral Therapy (which I studied at the Upledger Institute in Florida), I meet you where you are.
I use professional Sacred Earth vegan massage cream that leaves skin soft and moisturized without any greasy residue. The table is comfortable. The space is unhurried.
My training didn't stop at massage. I completed 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, and I also offer yoga instruction. This background helps me understand how your whole body works together — how releasing tension in one place can shift everything.
I'm honored to work with every body, regardless of age, gender, race, sexuality, or weight. I especially welcome my Black brothers and the GLBT community. Sessions are scheduled online at least 24 hours in advance. Cash and Venmo accepted.
