Since I got my massage therapy license in August 2001 from the Deep Tissue School of Delaware in Wilmington, I've spent that time learning to read what each person's body is asking for.
I came to this work with an unusual foundation. As a former professional dancer, personal trainer, and bodybuilder, I developed an intimate knowledge of how the body actually functions — the layers beneath the skin, the way movement patterns create holding patterns, what deep recovery really feels like. That background runs through every session I do now.
My integrative approach blends Swedish, deep tissue, on-table Thai work, trigger point release, stretching, and intuitive massage work.
