My training at Universal Body Wellness Inc. in McKinney, Texas during the spring and summer of 2012 taught me something that thirteen years of hands-on work has only deepened: the body speaks if you listen to it carefully. I learned the anatomical foundations that massage requires, but what I really developed over time was something harder to teach in a classroom—the ability to feel where tension lives, what it needs, and how to release it without forcing.

I've been serving clients throughout the greater Palm Springs area since 2012, working from my studio in Cathedral City and also bringing that same care to your home. Whether you're dealing with chronic knots in your shoulders, recovering from sports, or simply needing rest, I customize every session around what your body's actually asking for on that day.

Deep tissue work is my foundation. I use long, deliberate strokes to reach the muscle layers where real tension hides. I pair that with Swedish techniques when a client needs something gentler, and I add aromatherapy—working with non-scented lotions so the focus stays on the bodywork itself. I also draw on trigger point release, shiatsu, reflexology, Thai, and sports massage depending on what makes sense for you.

I work with all clients—LGBTQ+ and straight—and I'm committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe and respected. The pressure, the pace, the focus of each session is yours to guide. Some days you need deep sustained pressure to break through old patterns. Other days you need restorative, gentle touch. I listen.

When you book, give me at least an hour's notice so I can prepare your space and bring my full attention to the work. I accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle, and I'm happy to discuss prepaid packages if you're planning regular sessions.
