About
Training in yoga therapy at PRYT in Charleston, South Carolina opened a door I didn't know I needed to walk through. That formal education, combined with years of hands-on mentorship in massage and physical therapy in Burlington, Vermont, and later sacred facilitation training in Julian, California, taught me something crucial: the body wants to heal. It just needs someone to listen.
I've been working with clients in the La Mesa and San Diego Hillcrest area for over 14 years now, and somewhere along the way — after thousands of massages — I stopped thinking of this work as separate techniques and started seeing it as a dance. Each session is different because each person is different.
My studio in La Mesa is where I blend what I've learned: deep tissue work, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, Thai massage, and acupressure sit alongside breath work, reiki, and yoga therapy. I use aromatherapy, hot towels, and the view from my space — one I'm genuinely proud of — to create an environment where you can actually let go. You choose the pressure, the techniques, the depth. I work with all body types and genders, and I'm here to support your relationship with your own body, not impose mine on you.
What draws people back isn't just skill. It's the feeling of being truly seen and heard on the table. That's what I'm after every single time someone walks through my door. Text me your preferred days and times — I often book ahead, but I make space for people who need it.

The Ultimate Healing Experience! 5 stars ⭐️
Brandon is truly the best! From the moment I walked in, his calming energy made me feel completely at ease. His intuitive touch and expert massage skills melted away my tension, and the addition of breathwork and energy therapy made the session deeply healing. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally renewed. Plus, he radiates warmth and positivity, making every session an absolute gift. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing, transformative experience!
Brandon was quick to respond while setting up the appointment while sharing clear and concise information. He met me with a smile and a firm handshake welcoming me to his space. The ambiance was quiet, reflective, and peaceful. I knew the minute that he put his hands on me that it was going to be an incredible session. The pressure was perfect mixed with firm strokes where needed and lighter ones for relaxation. Brandon checked in several times during the massage to ensure that everything was progressing well. We chatted some and let the silence fill the in between. I left feeling like I had just had an out of body experience. You could easily tell that he genuinely cares for his clients. Thank you, Brandon, for the wonderful time we spent together. I'm looking forward to many more! ~ S.G.
Brandon was a life saver. He was able to accommodate my rather spontaneous schedule, and his space was nice and clean. My body is always stressed and over worked, but when I left I felt so good. Brandon was So intuitive and worked on my trouble spots without me even asking. His massage pressure was perfect (deep and firm). Next day I had the best workout. I felt like I had finally loosened up and I had less pain in my joints. I had a great first session with him - and I’m sure I will be back. Thanks again!

Brando! Thanks again for such an amazing massage this morning. Truly wonderful and I feel so relaxed and in less back pain. Can’t wait to see you again on my next trip over. You’re one of a kind!!
Thanks for the massage Brandon! I’ve had a lot of massages in my life. This is probably the best I’ve ever had. Your technique and pressure was perfect for what I needed. -J
My first time session with Brandon was incredible. I am glad that I did the 90 minutes option because he did the entire massage with amazing techniques and style that I highly recommend. He is very professional and inviting. His kind aura definitely permeated into the studio. The studio is clean, welcoming, freshly renovated, and gave the spa experience that I really admired. There are massage therapists that do not give attention to your body like Brandon does, because he ensured he helped me out on the focus points that we discussed but also introduced other methods from head to toe. I really liked the face, head, ears, feet, and calves massaging skills that he had for me because I often have a hard time with my calves and feet being massaged. He had excellent oil application and I absolutely enjoyed the hot towels to wipe everything making me feel warm and clean. I especially liked that he wiped my feet first as I was wearing flip flops. The music was very soothing and inspiring. The parking spot was fantastic and easy.
Thank you Brandon!
I have has the pleasure of receiving massages from Brandon several times over the past year and he is a wonderful, intuitive therapist. I am also a fellow therapist, so that is the highest accolade. While he is skilled in many techniques, I always prefer a deep tissue/sports massage, but make no mistake, he will deliver in whatever forms you prefer.
Not only do I get massages form him but I additionally attend his bi-weekly yoga sessions, where his skills continue to showcase his talents and nurturing demeanor. To cap it all off, I have also attended two yoga retreats that he administered. These for me were very spiritual, also fulfilling and fun. These included yoga sessions and massages, as well as, hot tubs, shooting pool, beautiful hikes (one had a hot spring nearby). At the end of the day it is more than just introspection but also laughing and sharing.
Whether a massage, a yoga session or a beautiful retreat, you are in good hands with Brandon.
Brandon has a wonderful, calm and welcoming vibe, and is very responsive to feedback and adjusting to what my body needed in the moment. I wanted to share that I woke up the morning after the massage without my whole body aching and muscles feeling super stiff/sore for the first time in *ages* (had almost forgotten that this feeling is what normal *should* feel like!) and wanted to say Thank you again! 😊 ~ Sunny
Brandon gives an excellent massage. Most therapists don’t listen when I say I need deep pressure, but he did, and he was very controlled but exact about it. He knows what he’s doing. My legs, arms, back, and body feel much better these couple days after being under his care. Brandon is strong, generous, sweet, kind, and mindful. He gives off a warm, caring positive energy that shines through on and off his table. I recommend him heartily, with only the hesitation that San Diego will soon discover him and he will get too busy! I will be back again soon to enjoy many more sessions. Thanks Brandon.
That was truly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. Brando was quick to respond, his space is beautiful with easy parking, and the entire session was incredible from start to finish. The massage itself left me completely relaxed, and the sound bath at the end just sent it over the top. I was floating on a cloud walking out. ~ J
Brandon was just amazing and the experience left me feeling like a whole new person. Great ambiance, good pressure, and very skilled hands made this easily one of the most deeply relaxing massages I've had (I even slept better). Will be rebooking!
My session with Brandon was a profound journey of healing. The beautiful view set a tranquil backdrop as Brandon expertly guided me through breath work, connecting me deeply with the natural surroundings. His massage technique was both gentle, strong and intentional, releasing stress and restoring my energy flow. The personalized yoga therapy fostered inner peace and balance, while the overall transformational healing session lifted emotional burdens, leaving me feeling clear and light. Brandon’s intuitive and nurturing presence made this holistic experience deeply rejuvenating, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. This sanctuary is a true haven for those seeking spiritual and physical renewal. I did the 2 hour combo of modalities, highly recommended. ~ L
Brandon’s energy & studio is gorgeous and calming. With his massage he offered me a space where I felt free to express my needs on both a physical and spiritual level. I felt I was able to let go and rejuvenate my whole being. I got a package with him and have been seeing him for a year now. I’ll keep coming back again and again. The view from his home studio is epic, all he offers is a must try! Leave feeling peaceful & reflective every time. ~ Stan
