About

Training in yoga therapy at PRYT in Charleston, South Carolina opened a door I didn't know I needed to walk through. That formal education, combined with years of hands-on mentorship in massage and physical therapy in Burlington, Vermont, and later sacred facilitation training in Julian, California, taught me something crucial: the body wants to heal. It just needs someone to listen.

I've been working with clients in the La Mesa and San Diego Hillcrest area for over 14 years now, and somewhere along the way — after thousands of massages — I stopped thinking of this work as separate techniques and started seeing it as a dance. Each session is different because each person is different.

My studio in La Mesa is where I blend what I've learned: deep tissue work, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, Thai massage, and acupressure sit alongside breath work, reiki, and yoga therapy. I use aromatherapy, hot towels, and the view from my space — one I'm genuinely proud of — to create an environment where you can actually let go. You choose the pressure, the techniques, the depth. I work with all body types and genders, and I'm here to support your relationship with your own body, not impose mine on you.

What draws people back isn't just skill. It's the feeling of being truly seen and heard on the table. That's what I'm after every single time someone walks through my door. Text me your preferred days and times — I often book ahead, but I make space for people who need it.

Brandon was quick to respond while setting up the appointment while sharing clear and concise information. He met me with a smile and a firm handshake welcoming me to his space. The ambiance was quiet, reflective, and peaceful. I knew the minute that he put his hands on me that it was going to be an incredible session. The pressure was perfect mixed with firm strokes where needed and lighter ones for relaxation. Brandon checked in several times during the massage to ensure that everything was progressing well. We chatted some and let the silence fill the in between. I left feeling like I had just had an out of body experience. You could easily tell that he genuinely cares for his clients. Thank you, Brandon, for the wonderful time we spent together. I'm looking forward to many more! ~ S.G.
