About
Over 20 years of working with bodies in Orange County has taught me something simple: every person who lies down on my table is asking for something different. Sometimes it's relief from deep, long-held tension. Sometimes it's permission to just rest and feel cared for. My job is to listen—with my hands, with attention, with a real willingness to adjust as we go.
I trained at Career Network Institute in Costa Mesa, completing over 720 hours of formal study. That foundation gave me technique, sure, but what I've built in the two decades since is something more intuitive. I blend acupressure, deep tissue, Swedish work, lomi lomi, reiki, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, and other approaches based on what your body is asking for in that moment. I work with prenatal and postnatal clients, athletes, dancers, people in recovery, folks dealing with chronic pain.
My studio in Laguna Hills is set up for comfort. Heated table, hot towels, aromatherapy, soft music—the space itself is designed to help you settle. I'm serving Laguna Hills and the surrounding areas, and I'm available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every single day.
I'm proud to serve the LGBTQIA+ community and create space where all body types, ages, and identities feel genuinely welcome and at ease. If you walk in stressed or hurting, I want you to leave feeling better—with less pain, more freedom, and a sense that you've been truly cared for.
