About
Nearly 10 years of hands-on bodywork has taught me what most people discover only after their first session: your body knows what it needs, and sometimes it just needs someone who listens. I trained at South Bay Massage College in Manhattan Beach, where I learned the foundations of Swedish and deep tissue work, but the real education came from working with hundreds of clients in my Long Beach studio and throughout the surrounding area.
What drew me deeper into this work was realizing how limiting it felt to rely on just one technique. Every body is different. Every knot, every restriction, every pattern of holding tells a story. That's why I've spent years studying and integrating multiple modalities.
I work with acupressure and trigger point release for the stubborn spots that won't let go. I blend in shiatsu and Thai massage when you need that deeper energetic shift. Lomi Lomi brings warmth and flow. CranioSacral therapy quiets the nervous system. Myofascial release gets at the layers underneath. Aromatherapy and soothing music complement every session.
My goal is simple: help you with the aches and pains that are wearing you down, and help you feel what total relaxation actually feels like again. That matters. Your physical well-being matters. So does your emotional and spiritual health. I welcome everyone into my studio—straight, gay, LGBTQ, all are welcome. You'll find a clean, quiet space with plenty of parking, aromatherapy, and the kind of focused attention that makes real change possible. Whether you work with me in my Long Beach studio or I come to you within a 25-mile radius, you're getting someone who cares about doing this right.

Testimonials
The massage was excellent and went well over the hour I paid for. Treb's studio is spotless and has a serene atmosphere, with plenty of parking available. He really dug into my tight spots instead of just brushing past them, and I felt noticeably better when we finished. He's personable and easy to talk with, and I'd be coming back regularly if distance wasn't an issue.
