I've built my practice around Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, deep tissue work, and a synthesis of other modalities that let me meet each person where they are. I'm also a certified Thai Massage therapist and Yoga teacher, which means I can help you open up and stretch your body in ways that create lasting relief.
