What I've learned in nearly two decades is that there's no one-size-fits-all answer—what your body needs isn't what someone else's needs, and that's where real healing starts.
I trained at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in Los Angeles, where I developed an approach that draws from Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and Thai techniques. The combination focuses on your circulatory system, getting things flowing without interruption from a physical or spiritual point of view. Think of it as choreography—each stroke builds on the last, circles back to go deeper, then knows exactly when to shift from intensity to gentleness. The strokes are slow, long, strong, and deep, letting your muscles relax and open at their own pace.
