Graduated from the International School of Beauty in Palm Desert this past fall, I completed my massage therapy training with a focus on what actually works for real people dealing with real stress. Those months of intensive study taught me that the power of touch isn't something we should underestimate. Too often we brush off a good massage as a luxury, but I've seen firsthand how releasing tension and anxiety can shift someone's entire relationship with their body and mind.
