About

Over 25 years of hands-on practice have taught me what the body truly needs. I started my massage career after completing my training at Santa Barbara Body Therapy School, and every year since has deepened my understanding of how deep tissue work, sports massage, and acupressure can unlock real relief in ways that surface-level techniques simply cannot.

I've spent decades working with professional athletes, people recovering from injury, and clients dealing with chronic muscle tightness and pain. That experience shaped how I approach every session. I listen to what your body is telling me. I blend Swedish massage, trigger point release, shiatsu, and acupressure points based on what you need, not just a template. Aromatherapy and conscious breathwork are woven in naturally when they serve the work.

My studio in Santa Barbara welcomes everyone—I'm proud to be LGBT-friendly and to create a calm, safe space where you can actually relax. Beyond massage, I offer yoga instruction in both ashtanga and vinyasa flow, one-on-one meditation and breathwork coaching, stretching sessions, and personal training if you're ready to strengthen alongside your recovery.

I work in-studio and mobile throughout Santa Barbara and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Whether you need a 60-minute deep tissue session to unwind tight shoulders, or you're rebuilding after an injury, I'm here to help you feel whole again. Just ask if you have questions about any service—I'm happy to talk through what would work best for you.

Testimonials

Philippe's training and experience show through clearly in his work. He matches his photos, and his skills live up to his profile description. This is my first time writing a review—I'm usually not one to—but his talent and skill deserve recognition. He's smart, knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled. A 60-minute Swedish session did exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be back.
