Training at the European Massage Therapy School in Las Vegas from 2013 taught me the fundamentals of working with the body's systems. I learned the anatomy, the pressure points, the way different techniques unlock different kinds of relief. But it was the years afterward—12 years now—working with clients here in Santa Rosa and throughout the area that really showed me what massage can do.
I've spent over a decade refining how I blend acupressure, deep tissue, trigger point work, and other techniques to address what each person actually needs.
