About
Completing my certification at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts in 2019 gave me something I didn't expect: a foundation for listening. I learned the anatomy, the techniques, the mechanics of how hands can release what the body's been holding. But it was the training in presence—and the meditative practice I've cultivated over the last decade—that taught me how to actually hear what a client needs.
I've been practicing part-time since 2019, and in those years I've worked with people carrying everything from specific muscular tension to a deeper sense of disconnection from their own bodies. What keeps clients coming back isn't just the massage itself. It's that we take time to understand what you're really looking for. Sometimes that's deep relaxation and a state of zen. Sometimes it's improved mobility in your shoulders or hips. Sometimes it's something more spiritual—a reconnection to your own sense of presence.
My approach draws on a range of techniques: acupressure, shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial release, Thai massage, sports work, Swedish, reflexology, Trager integration, and aromatherapy. I blend them based on what you need in that moment. I also offer meditation coaching and hydrotherapy, because sometimes the work extends beyond the table.
I'm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and I work both in my private studio and in clients' homes, serving Vancouver, British Columbia and surrounding areas. My studio is equipped with a heated table, hot towels, quality music, tea, and all the quiet you need to actually feel something shift. I look forward to working with you.

Testimonials
Ben gave me an exceptional massage recently. The moment I entered the room, his calm and intuitive presence made the whole space feel peaceful. His strokes were strong and intentional, showing both depth and sensitivity as he worked into tight muscles. He clearly understands the body at a deep level and shapes each session to fit what the person actually needs. Afterward I felt physically restored and mentally clear. His services are excellent for anyone looking for a genuinely skilled and connected massage experience.
Ben brings real skill, care, and professionalism to creating a massage space that feels both welcoming and deeply calming. I've been to him multiple times and each visit impresses me—I consistently feel significantly better afterward. I've settled into regular 90-minute sessions and it's been perfect for what my body needs.
I've been working with Ben for a couple of years and absolutely recommend what he does. He brings a real sense of presence and groundedness to each session, and he seems to know exactly what will help. I always leave feeling relaxed, with noticeably happier hips and shoulders, and genuinely cared for. Give him a try.
Ben delivered a wonderful massage and I'm already looking forward to booking again. His approach was empathetic and intuitive, exactly what I needed. He took real time before we started to ask what I was experiencing and what was driving it, and that made the whole session more effective and relaxing. He communicates clearly and stays present and focused throughout. I'm eager to come back.
