About
Over three decades of hands-on practice has taught me how to read a body the way a musician reads a score. Every muscle tells a story, and I've learned to listen carefully to what yours is saying.
I've spent 37 years working with dancers who need precision, athletes pushing their limits, seniors recovering from surgery, and everyone in between. My background includes clinical work in chiropractic offices and physical therapy clinics, which shaped how I approach soft tissue. I studied Clinical Science and fitness instruction at UCLA, then earned my massage therapy certificate from Beverly Hills School of Medical Science. That foundation lets me blend deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques with the kind of care that comes from actually understanding how the body heals.
My studio in West Hollywood is open to everyone. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, clients recovering from gender-affirming surgeries, clients with chronic pain, clients training for competitions. I also hold certifications in BASI Pilates, Gyrotonic, Redcord, and CoreAlign, so I can offer fitness and personal training alongside massage work if that's what you need.
I'm available for in-studio sessions and mobile appointments serving West Hollywood and surrounding areas. My evenings typically run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., though I'm happy to discuss your schedule. Whether you're looking for the focused pressure of deep tissue work or a more integrated approach that includes movement training, I'll meet you where you are and work with you until you feel the change.

Testimonials
After three sessions with Andy, I've noticed a real difference in how my body feels. He has a gift for finding tension and releasing it, and he's done scar-work that's genuinely helped my recovery from surgery. What stands out most is how comfortable he makes you feel asking for what you need. He's easy to work with, straightforward about scheduling, and I'm already planning my next appointment.
Andy's deep tissue and sports massage work is skilled and precise. What impressed me most was his intuition and attentiveness to my specific concerns. He took time to understand where I was holding tension and focused his work on the areas I needed most. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist who really knows their craft.

FAQ
How much does deep tissue massage cost in West Hollywood?
Deep tissue massage in my West Hollywood studio starts at $150 for 60 minutes, $200 for 90 minutes, or $250 for a full two-hour session. I specialize in deep tissue work and can adjust pressure and focus based on what your body needs.
Do you offer mobile massage in West Hollywood?
Yes, I come to your home or office in West Hollywood and the surrounding areas. Mobile sessions use the same techniques as studio work and are priced the same — just with the convenience of me bringing the table to you.
What's the difference between sports massage and deep tissue?
Sports massage focuses on muscle groups used in athletic movement and recovery, while deep tissue targets chronic tension and knots throughout the body. I'm trained in both and can combine them depending on whether you're training, recovering from an injury, or dealing with everyday tension.
Can you help with scar tissue and tension from surgery?
Yes. I have experience working with clients who've had gender-affirming surgeries, orthopedic procedures, and other surgical recovery. Scar-work is part of my practice, and I focus on both releasing surrounding tension and helping tissue move more freely as it heals.
Do you work with athletes?
I do. My sports massage training and experience with dancers and competitive athletes means I understand how to address the specific demands your body faces. I can work on injury prevention, recovery between competitions, and returning to training after time off.
Are same-day appointments available in West Hollywood?
It depends on my schedule that day. I'm typically available evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and I'm easy to reach about scheduling. Contact me and I'll do my best to fit you in.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and Zelle for payment. Let me know your preferred method when you book.
