About

When you're working with deep tissue and trigger point techniques, you learn something every single client teaches you—where the body holds stress, how pressure transforms tension, what a slow careful release actually feels like. I've been doing this work for ten years, and over that time I've trained in ways that most massage therapists in West Hollywood don't combine: 500 hours of yoga teacher training from Goa and Rishikesh in India, certification as a stretch therapist and Reiki practitioner, and training in Shaolin kung fu that's given me a completely different understanding of how energy and anatomy work together.

My studio in West Hollywood is set up to feel like a real refuge. I use instrumental jazz during stretch therapy and meditation music during massage—the sound matters as much as the hands do. I work with shea butter mixed with coconut oil and organic Biotone cream, and I add CBD to help with nerve pain and inflammation. Hot stones are available when you need them, and I use a Hypervolt massage gun to boost circulation when that's what your body needs.

Most of my clients book the two-hour stretch therapy session combined with Biofield tuning fork sound therapy, massage, or Reiki—people find that blend hits something that single modalities don't quite reach. I'm attentive to what your body's actually telling me, not the clock. Every session gets my full focus, and I'm here to help you recover from stress, from work, from the demands that pile up. I also offer yoga instruction and physical therapy work if that's what you're looking for.

I'm Zen—that's what people call me—and I'm a professional. I look forward to working with you.

Testimonials

As an athlete, finding a massage therapist who can do real deep tissue work and work with energy points is nearly impossible—but Bond nails both. My body felt fantastic afterward and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

A friend recommended Bond to me and I was thrilled with the experience. From the moment I walked in with the incense and candles to the meditation music during the session, everything felt intentional. His technique is solid and he's incredibly thorough. Already counting down to my next appointment.

What should I expect during my first massage in West Hollywood?
