Training in four countries across two decades shaped how I work with the body. I studied reflexology at Urban Massage in London, then deep tissue and trigger point work at Senac in São Paulo. Later, I trained in Lomi Lomi at Soul and Body in Zurich. That international education taught me one thing: the body speaks the same language everywhere, and knowing how to listen—through pressure, through touch, through stillness—is what matters.
I've been working as a massage therapist for the last 12 years, and in that time I've learned that our body is our sacred place. It deserves care. It deserves attention. It deserves hands that know the difference between deep pressure and gentle work, and when to use each.
