Back in 2012, I finished my massage training at Community College in Chicago and spent the next six years teaching the work myself. That decade-plus of hands-on practice has taught me something simple: every body tells a different story, and the massage that works for one person won't work the same way for another.
I'm based in Denver now, though I'm on the road a lot—for work, for fun, maybe both. When I'm in your city and it's not Chicago, you can bet I'm visiting. That travel has only deepened what I learned in those early years: people need to feel safe, heard, and taken care of. That's what I bring to every session.
I work with Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and sports massage—or I blend them all together in an integrated session that meets your body where it is. I focus on the areas you need help with most, but I'm also thorough across your whole body. If you want cupping as an add-on, I've got you covered. What matters is that you walk out feeling the difference.
