About

My degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy from Fremont College shaped how I approach every session. That foundation—earned between 2009 and 2012—taught me that massage isn't separate from the rest of your health. It works alongside your physical therapist, your trainer, your chiropractor, whoever's helping you move better and feel stronger.

For over nine years now, I've been building on that education in the field. I've worked with athletes, weekend warriors, people recovering from injury, folks just tired of carrying tension in their shoulders and lower back. Every body tells a different story, and every treatment I design reflects that. You're not getting a cookie-cutter 60-minute rubdown. We talk about what's actually bothering you—the tight hip from your commute, the neck strain from your desk job, the sore muscles from pushing yourself at the gym—and I build the session around that.

I'm trained in sports therapy, but I don't stop there. Deep tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, Swedish massage, cupping—I blend whatever modalities will serve you best. I add stretching and meditation into the mix too. The goal is simple: you walk out of my studio in Denver, or off my table in your home, feeling refreshed and ready for your next evolution.

I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and I work both in-studio and mobile throughout the Denver area, serving clients within a 10-mile radius. Whether you book a session with me or you're coordinating care with your other practitioners, I'm here to complement the work they're doing and help you feel your best.
