About

Since 2008, I've been working with clients in Denver who are dealing with tension, injury, and the wear that daily life puts on the body. Eighteen years in this field have taught me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Everyone walks in with different needs, different pain patterns, different goals.

I trained in Massage Therapy at U.S. Career Institute in Fort Collins, and over the years I've added layers to my practice that go beyond what most therapists do. I spent five years teaching massage at a local college here in Colorado, which deepened my understanding of how the body really works. That teaching background shaped how I listen to clients and explain what I'm doing during a session.

My approach blends several techniques—neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, deep tissue work, assisted stretching, and trigger point release—all built on a relaxing Swedish foundation. Deep tissue work isn't just pressure; it's about finding where tension lives and helping your body release it safely. I use myofascial release to address the connective tissue that often holds onto stress. Trigger point work targets those specific knots that refer pain to other areas.

Beyond massage, I've trained as a certified yoga instructor and fitness trainer, so I understand movement, recovery, and what your body needs between sessions. Every session here is 100% customized to your specific needs. We figure out together what will help you most.

My home studio in Denver is designed to feel safe and fully professional. You'll find a heated massage table, a sauna and hot tub if you want to warm up beforehand, a shower afterward, and free parking. I serve clients in my studio and also offer mobile massage throughout Denver and surrounding areas.
