About
Sixteen years of working with clients in chronic pain has taught me one thing: your body wants to feel better, and the right pressure at the right time can make that happen. I've spent nearly two decades learning how to listen to what your muscles, fascia, and nervous system are telling me, and how to respond with the exact technique that will bring relief.
I work with everything from deep tissue work that gets into the knots nobody else seems to reach, to gentle Swedish massage and hot stone therapy. Low back pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ tension, plantar fasciitis, post-workout soreness—most soft tissue problems, I can address. What matters most is that we melt the daily stressors away together. My studio in Denver is calm, clean, and built for your comfort: heated table, hot towels, candles, soothing music, and tea or water whenever you need it.
Recently I've added micro current scar release and vagus nerve stimulation to my work. These techniques go deeper into what your body is holding onto, especially if you've been stuck in a pattern of tension or pain for years.
I'm also available for mobile sessions, so I can come to you if that works better. Both in-studio and out, I blend aromatherapy, trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology, and lomi lomi depending on what your body needs. I also offer cupping and body scrubs as add-ons that many clients find transformative.
One note: please allow 24 hours notice for booking so I can give you the focused attention you deserve.

Testimonials
I can't thank you enough for that massage—you've got real skill at balancing strength with a soft, caring touch. I'm excited to book with you again soon.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. The table was pristine and properly prepared. His massage pressure was exactly right—not too hard, not too soft. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. He stayed attentive to my needs and you could see he genuinely loves his work. The whole experience was peaceful and lovely. I'm a regular now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend spending an hour with him.
This was my second time getting a massage from Randy, and it was just as wonderful as the first. He's warm and makes you feel at home in his studio. Everything is spotless, the music is really calming, and he clearly knows how to customize the work to exactly what your body needs. I added the decompression cupping upgrade, and despite worrying about marks, I walked out feeling fantastic with completely clear skin. Randy has my loyalty and my gratitude for getting my body back to feeling good.

FAQ
What does a typical massage session with Randy look like in Denver?
Your session begins with a conversation about what's bothering you—pain, stiffness, stress—so I can design the massage specifically for your body. You'll lie on a clean, heated table in a quiet studio with soft music playing. I use techniques ranging from deep tissue pressure to gentle Swedish massage, plus tools like hot stones or aromatherapy oils if that fits what you need. Most clients feel the tension start to release within the first few minutes.
How much does deep tissue massage cost in Denver with Randy?
A 60-minute deep tissue session is $80, and 90 minutes is $120. Both rates are below Denver's average massage price, and I offer discounts for military, law enforcement, and emergency workers.
Can Randy help with chronic lower back pain?
Yes. Low back pain is one of the most common issues I treat, and I've spent 16 years refining how to address it. I use deep tissue work, myofascial release, and orthopedic massage techniques to target the muscles and fascia that are pulling you out of alignment. Many clients notice relief after their first session, though lasting improvement usually takes a few visits.
What is vagus nerve stimulation massage, and how does it help?
Vagus nerve stimulation is a gentle technique that calms your nervous system and reduces anxiety. The vagus nerve runs from your brain down through your neck and torso, and when it's activated properly, it can help your whole body relax. I combine this with massage to help clients who carry stress in their shoulders, jaw, and chest feel genuinely calm again.
Does Randy offer mobile massage in Denver?
Yes, I come to your home or workplace in Denver and surrounding areas. Mobile sessions use the same techniques as my studio work—you get the same quality massage in a space where you're already comfortable.
What's the difference between cupping and a regular massage?
Cupping uses suction to bring blood flow to tight muscles and fascia, which speeds up recovery and can ease pain. I offer decompression cupping as an add-on to massage sessions. Many clients find it especially helpful for post-workout soreness and muscle tension, and contrary to what you might expect, quality cupping doesn't leave marks.
How do I book an appointment with Randy in Denver?
You can reach me for in-studio or mobile sessions, but please allow 24 hours notice for booking. I'm available 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. today and can arrange times that work with your schedule.
Does Randy accept insurance or offer military discounts?
I accept cash and Venmo for payment. I also offer discounts for active military, veterans, law enforcement, and emergency workers—just let me know when you book.
