About

Twenty-seven years of hands-on work has taught me what actually works. Not the quick fixes or surface-level relaxation, but the kind of massage that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely cared for.

I've spent nearly three decades learning how the body holds tension—where it hides, why it stays, and how to help it release. My training spans over one thousand accredited hours across Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, neuromuscular work, trigger point release, Reiki, Esalen, reflexology, and hot stone work. That breadth matters because no two bodies are the same, and no two days feel the same in yours.

When you come in, we start with a real conversation. I listen to what you're carrying—the tight shoulders, the low back that won't quit, the stress you can't shake, the recovery you're working toward. Then we shape the session around exactly what you need. Some days that's slow, meditative energy work. Other days it's focused clinical pressure on the spots that hurt. Most often it's both, woven together.

My studio in Denver is quiet and clean, with fresh linens, quality products, and a heated table. The space supports real rest—the kind where your nervous system actually settles. I work with gay, bisexual, straight men, and all genders. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury or sport, or you just need time to stop and breathe, we'll build a session that fits.

I also offer meditation coaching and body scrubs if that serves you. And if you're ready to book, just text me. Scheduling is quick and personal—usually three minutes from your first message to confirmed time.

Ryan arrived on time and put me at ease right away. I asked for strong, deep massage and got exactly that. Felt great afterward and planning to book again soon.
