About

Trained at National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California, I completed my massage therapist certification in 2015 and have spent the past nine years building a practice rooted in real results. That training taught me how to read a body, how pressure and technique work together, and how to listen to what a client actually needs instead of following a script.

I work primarily with Swedish and deep tissue approaches, though I've expanded into sports massage, trigger point work, and several other techniques over the years. I find that most people come in tight, stressed, or dealing with some kind of pain. My job is to meet them where they are and help their body release what it's been holding.

I'm based in Westminster, Colorado and serve the greater Denver area as a mobile therapist. I bring my own table to you, along with Biotone cream or oil, and I can add hot stones if that's what you're after. I'm available 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, and text or email works best to get in touch.
