About
Deep tissue work paired with aromatherapy opens up the body in ways that ease won't alone. I've spent nine years learning how tension hides — in the shoulders, the lower back, the jaw — and how the right pressure, combined with scent and intention, can guide your nervous system toward actual calm. Eight of those years were spent working in Los Angeles, where I learned to read what each client's body was asking for. That experience shaped everything I do now here in New Haven.
My studio is a space built for safety and rest. When you walk in, you'll notice the soft lighting, the candles, the music playing just low enough to let you think. The massage table is warm. Hot towels are ready. I work with aromatherapy oils during your session — the scents matter, they're not decoration — because your sense of smell is wired directly to the part of your brain that controls stress and pain.
I blend several techniques depending on what you need. Deep tissue work for the knots and tension. Thai massage for mobility and flow. Reflexology for the whole-body reset. Sports massage if you're recovering from training. Orthopedic work if there's an old injury asking for attention. I'm serving New Haven and surrounding areas, and I'm here 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every single day because pain and stress don't keep a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do I.
