About

Twenty-five years of hands-on work has taught me something most people don't expect: sometimes the most powerful healing happens when you slow down and listen with your whole body instead of just your eyes. I'm blind, and that's shaped everything about how I work. Without sight, I've developed an intuitive way of reading what your body needs—feeling into the tension, the restriction, the energy underneath the surface.

My studio in Lewes, Delaware is where I blend multiple modalities to meet each client exactly where they are. I work with therapeutic techniques like myofascial release and trigger point therapy, alongside energy work—reiki, quantum touch, reflexology, shamanism, chakra balancing, and what I call Whale and Dolphin Light Medicine. No two sessions are the same, because your body changes from day to day, and I adjust the entire treatment to support you in the moment.

I'm particularly trained in cranial sacral therapy through the Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. That training opened up an entirely different way of working with the fascia and spinal column—addressing restrictions in the spinal cord tube and the compression that interrupts the flow of spinal fluid. It's slow, methodical work, and it goes deep.

I work with all people, and I don't discriminate by gender, sexual orientation, body type, or anything else. We're all human beings, and human touch is a blessing for everyone. Serving Lewes and surrounding areas, I'm open 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. I offer in-studio sessions, and after your appointment is confirmed, directions will be sent to your phone.

Tommy is genuinely committed to making every massage the best it can be. He knew exactly which side of my body preferred which technique and worked out multiple muscle knots with precision. I can't wait for my next session with him.

My wife and I moved to the Lewes-Rehoboth area in 2020 and finally ventured out this year. My wife sought a recommendation for massage and Tommy's name came up repeatedly. After her first session she couldn't stop praising him, and when I finally saw him myself, he changed my life. For years I'd had trouble bending over and standing up was painful, and doctors blamed arthritis and age. As an ex-Marine, I wasn't ready to give up. My wife and I suspected it was muscular, and Tommy agreed, identifying my hamstrings as the source. His massage is completely different from anything I'd experienced before—slow, methodical, deeply therapeutic, and powerful without being harsh. During the session he found a major knot in my left hamstring and worked it slowly until I felt a sudden release and pop. The pain vanished instantly and my entire leg, butt, and back muscles released. I left able to bend and squat without any pain. I went to yoga the following weekend and did all the poses pain-free. Since then I've returned for two-hour sessions and feel fantastic every time. I'm back at the gym working out without pain. Tommy gave me my life back.

Tommy's massage surpassed all my expectations. I've had many massages, but never one so intuitive. His blindness is actually his strength. The forearm and shoulder work was the most complete I've ever experienced, and every part of the massage was detailed in ways I'd never encountered before. The integration of energy work made the whole experience incredibly healing. I give him a 10 and I've already booked my next appointment.

Hemasseur's Take

Clients consistently report that Tommy's intuitive, customized approach delivers results far beyond what they've experienced with other massage therapists, particularly for chronic pain and limited mobility. Several have credited him with life-changing relief from serious injuries—including nerve compression, hamstring restrictions, and muscular dysfunction that other specialists couldn't resolve—often after just a few sessions of his slow, methodical work.

Clients also highlight how his blindness actually enhances his ability to sense restrictions and tension in the body, and how his integration of energy work alongside therapeutic techniques creates a healing experience that feels complete in ways they hadn't found elsewhere.
