Thirty years of hands-on work in rehab clinics, chiropractic offices, and spas have taught me one thing: every muscle tells a story, and every body needs something different. I'm not just a licensed massage therapist—I'm also a fitness trainer who lives in the gym, paying close attention to how muscles work, how they tighten, how they respond to pressure. That knowledge shapes every session I give.
My studio in east Boca Raton, close to I-95, is where most clients meet me. I work with Swedish massage, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques, adjusting pressure from light to firm based entirely on what your body needs that day.
