About

Training at NASAM in Chicago taught me that deep anatomy knowledge changes everything. That certification in personal training, combined with my USA Boxing Coach credential, gave me a foundation that most massage therapists never build. For over 13 years, I've been applying that knowledge in the studio and out in the community, working with clients who need real results—whether it's mobility work, deep tissue relief, or recovery from training.

I'm Diego, and I run my practice right here in Fort Lauderdale serving the LGBTQ+ community with the same professionalism and respect you'd expect from any therapist. What sets me apart isn't just the years of hands-on experience. It's that I understand the human body from multiple angles. I've been a nationally ranked amateur boxer. I compete as an NPC bodybuilder. I train clients as a personal trainer. That means when you come in for a massage, I'm not guessing about what your shoulders need or why your hips feel locked. I know.

My approach blends techniques that actually work. Deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, Thai—each one has its place depending on what your body needs that day. I speak Spanish fluently, and I'm equally comfortable working with someone recovering from an injury, someone training hard at the gym, or someone just needing to step away from stress and breathe.

I keep my studio in Fort Lauderdale clean, private, and calm. Free parking, shower on-site, and I can come to you too—I serve the entire Fort Lauderdale area and up to 50 miles out. Booking in advance means I can give you my full attention. Everything I do is authentic, professional, and designed around what you actually need.

Testimonials

Had a great experience with Diego. He's responsive and makes scheduling easy. The studio location is safe with convenient parking, nice setup with a quality table, good music, and candles. The massage itself was strong and thorough, and Diego is enjoyable to talk with. Really happy with the session and plan to come back.

FAQ

How much does a deep tissue massage cost in Fort Lauderdale?

A 60-minute deep tissue session with Diego is $140, and a 90-minute session is $175. Both rates include your choice of technique—deep tissue, Swedish, sports, or Thai—customized to what your body needs that day. Ask about prepaid package discounts if you're planning regular sessions.

Does Diego offer mobile massage in Fort Lauderdale?

Yes, Diego provides mobile massage therapy throughout Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius. He brings his own table, aromatherapy, candles, and music to create a calm environment in your home or office. Book in advance for best availability.

What's the difference between sports massage and deep tissue?

Sports massage focuses on muscle groups involved in athletic activity and injury prevention, using techniques tailored to how your body moves and trains. Deep tissue targets tension and tightness in deeper muscle layers using sustained pressure. Diego trains clients and competes as a bodybuilder, so he understands both approaches and can blend them based on whether you're recovering from training or managing chronic tension.

Is Diego available for same-day or last-minute appointments?

Booking in advance is always ideal and gives Diego the best chance to fit you in. That said, you're welcome to ask about availability—the best way is to contact him directly with your preferred time. His hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.

Does Diego work with the LGBTQ+ community?

Absolutely. Diego created his practice specifically to provide a safe, respectful, and relaxing space for LGBTQ+ clients. He's a gay male therapist with 13 years of experience and a strong commitment to making sure you feel welcome and cared for.

What amenities are available in Diego's Fort Lauderdale studio?

His studio includes a private massage table, shower, private restroom, free and private parking, soothing music, aromatherapy, and bottled water. The space is designed to be calm and professional so you can fully relax.

Does Diego speak Spanish?

Yes. Diego is fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking clients. You can communicate in whichever language makes you most comfortable.

Are discounts available for regular clients?

Discounts are available for prepaid bodywork packages, first-time clients, and repeat clients. Dancers and entertainment industry workers should also ask about special rates. Contact Diego directly to learn what options work best for your situation.
