Over two decades of working with bodies in transition—athletes, desk workers, people carrying stress they didn't know how to release—has taught me one thing: bodywork and mobility aren't luxuries. They're necessities for anyone living in a body that holds tension.
I came to this work through personal training and performance coaching. My background in kinesiology and exercise science from San Francisco State University gave me the language for how bodies move and break down. My certifications from NASM in personal training and life coaching sharpened my ability to listen—not just to what clients say, but to what their nervous systems are telling me through muscle, breath, and subtle shifts in tension.
What I do now is different from the standard massage experience. I blend deep tissue work with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and conscious breathwork. I also offer mobility and assisted stretching because tight muscles often mean limited movement, and limited movement means chronic stress.
