About

Twenty-four years of working with clients' bodies has taught me what really works—and what doesn't. I've spent nearly a quarter-century learning how to listen to what your muscles are telling me, especially when it comes to the chronic pain that most people just learn to live with.

I'm licensed in both massage therapy and physical therapy, which gives me a deeper understanding of your body's needs than either credential alone. I studied massage in India and later in New York, training in deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, sports massage, and Rolfing. But it's my trigger point work that clients keep coming back for—I specialize in melting away those stubborn knots that settle into your traps, lower neck, and lumbar area where stress loves to hide.

I've worked extensively with the LGBTQ community for two decades, and that experience has shaped how I approach every session. I welcome all body types, and I create a safe environment where healing and stress relief actually happen. When you're on my table—whether in my Fort Lauderdale studio or at your home—you get someone who's spent thousands of hours learning exactly how to release the tension your shoulders, scapula, and deltoids are holding onto from daily stress and poor posture.

I always tell my clients the same things: be mindful of your posture, it'll reduce so much tension. Drink plenty of water afterward—it matters for your overall health. The benefits you'll feel are real. Improved circulation, a stronger immune system, better muscle tone, reduced tension. But most of all, you'll feel the relaxation and calmness your body's been missing. I offer both in-studio sessions and mobile massage therapy, serving Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius.

My first massage with Pablo won't be my last. He delivered an excellent Swedish massage with just the right pressure. I told him what I needed and everything that followed was magic. I recommend him highly—you won't be disappointed.

Pablo greeted me at the door with a warm smile and set the tone for a comfortable yet vigorous massage. One of the best I've ever had.

Pablo was referred to me by a client of his, and I'm very pleased with the results. My neck carries a lot of tension from standing all day at work. He massaged my upper back and neck, removing all that tension and tightness. His deep tissue work is the best I've had in my entire life. Highly recommend.

FAQ

What's the cost of a deep tissue massage in Fort Lauderdale?

A 60-minute deep tissue session is $140, and 90 minutes is $180. Both prices reflect the standard Fort Lauderdale rate for this level of skilled bodywork.

Does Pablo do mobile massage in Fort Lauderdale?

Yes. I offer mobile massage therapy throughout Fort Lauderdale and up to 5 miles surrounding the area. I bring my table, candles, and music to create a healing environment in your home.

What massage technique works best for chronic lower back pain?

Deep tissue combined with trigger point therapy is most effective for chronic lower back pain. I focus on the lumbar area and surrounding muscles, releasing the knots that form from daily tension and poor posture.

Is there a massage therapist in Fort Lauderdale who specializes in Rolfing?

Yes. I'm trained in Rolfing along with deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, and sports massage. My approach combines these techniques based on what your body needs in that session.

Can I book same-day or last-minute appointments in Fort Lauderdale?

I do my best to accommodate flexible scheduling. Text or call to check availability—I often have openings, especially if you're willing to work with my 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily hours.

What should I do after a deep tissue massage?

Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage. You may feel a bit sore the next day if we worked deep knots—that's normal and a sign the work was effective.

Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need to book ahead in Fort Lauderdale?

Booking ahead is best to guarantee your time slot. However, I can sometimes fit in walk-ins depending on the day. Reach out and ask—I respond quickly to inquiries.
