What works for someone training for a marathon won't work the same way for someone sitting at a desk all day. That's why I meet each person where they are.
I'm Sylvester, and I work out of my studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offering everything from light pressure Swedish massage to deep tissue work, sports massage, neuromuscular release, acupressure, and trigger point therapy. I also serve the surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius as a mobile therapist, so I can come to you if that works better with your schedule.
