About
Twenty-eight years of working with clients' bodies—that's what's taught me how much time and attention actually matter. You walk in carrying tension, maybe pain, maybe the weight of something you've been holding for months. And what I've learned, over nearly three decades in trauma rehabilitation and various clinical settings, is that rushing through a session doesn't serve anyone. The real work happens when I'm not overbooked, not stressed, and fully present with you.
I trained in medical massage and advanced neuromuscular techniques at the Center of Advanced Therapeutics in Denver, and that foundation shaped how I work. But it's the thousands of hours since then—in studios, in rehab centers, learning what different bodies need—that's given me the skill to blend techniques thoughtfully. Conscious Breathwork, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Soma Neuromuscular Integration, Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, Neuromuscular work, Sports massage. I use what your body is asking for.
My studio is in Nokomis, and I'm serving clients from Laurel, Florida and the surrounding areas. When you come in, you'll find a quiet, clean, peaceful space—the kind of environment where your nervous system can actually settle. Free parking. Aromatherapy. Drinking water. Everything set up so you can focus on what matters: feeling better, moving better, hurting less.
I believe that setting aside time to honor your body's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs is a sacred act. That's why I don't rush it. Same-day appointments are sometimes possible, but advance scheduling is recommended so I can give you the highest quality time. Before you book, I'm happy to answer questions about what a typical session includes. First-time clients who aren't completely satisfied get their money back—no argument. When you reach out, please include your name so I can reply. I look forward to working with you.
