I came into this work because I genuinely believe that regular massage helps you find balance. Whether you're dealing with acute pain, a chronic issue that's been nagging at you for months, or just general discomfort, I can assess what's really going on and address it directly. I've worked with people of all backgrounds, and I bring the same care and skill to every session.
My approach blends deep tissue, sports, and Swedish massage techniques. I can deliver strong, therapeutic pressure when you need it—work through those stubborn knots and tight spots—or go gentle and relaxing if that's what your body is asking for. My hands are strong, but they're sensitive too. I listen to how your body responds and adjust accordingly.
I'm based in Miami Beach and also serve the surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius as a mobile therapist. That means I can come to you, set up in your home or hotel, and deliver the same quality work. I offer nutrition consulting as well, because sometimes the massage is just part of what helps you feel better.
