Ten years of working with bodies has taught me what really works. I started as a professional athlete, and that foundation shaped everything I do now. When you've pushed your own body to its limits, you understand pain differently. You know where tension hides. You know the difference between a surface touch and work that actually reaches the muscle.
I'm Andrés, and I work out of my studio in Miami Shores, but I also travel throughout Miami, South Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and West Palm Beach. I'm open to going further—Jacksonville, Orlando—wherever my clients need me. Whether you come to the studio or I bring my table to you, the work stays the same: deep, honest bodywork.
My specialties are deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, trigger point work, and reflexology. I've also completed medical assistant training, which gives me insight into how the body actually heals. I combine strength with technique. A lot of people confuse those two things, but they're not the same. You need both.
I take pride in this work. My studio is clean, quiet, and equipped with a cushioned table, candles, and music—everything you need to actually relax. If you come to your place, I bring a heated table and the same calm environment. And yes, I speak Spanish as well.
