Back in 2007, I walked into Northern Illinois University thinking I'd chart one path—and emerged with something far broader. That Bachelor of Science education taught me how the body works, how systems connect, and most importantly, how to listen to what a client's muscles are actually telling me. It's a foundation I've built on every single day for the last six years of hands-on work in Miami.
I'm a professionally trained masseur based right here in Miami, and I've learned that stress doesn't live in just one place. It hides in your shoulders, your lower back, behind your eyes, in the tightness you carry without even noticing. My job is to find it and help you release it through massage techniques that actually work—deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, sports massage, reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy, conscious breathwork, and Canadian deep muscle work. Most of my clients come back for deep tissue or Swedish, and once you feel the difference, you'll understand why.
