About
Training at Functional Range Systems in Miami taught me something that 14 years of hands-on work has only deepened: your body wants to release tension. It's built to do that. When I earned my FRC Mobility Specialist credential in 2017, and later my KINSTRETCH® Level I Instructor certification in 2020, I began to see how fascia, breath, and nervous system regulation work together. That's the foundation of what I do now.
I work with men who carry stress in their bodies. Desk workers, athletes, guys training hard—men dealing with tightness, fatigue, postural issues, the kind of chronic tension that makes it hard just to relax. They come in tight. They leave mobile, grounded, and at ease.
My sessions aren't passive. I combine deep tissue massage with assisted stretch and breathwork to help your body actually reset. We work with fascia, which is that web of connective tissue holding everything in place. When fascia is tight, everything suffers. When it releases, movement comes back. Your nervous system calms down. You sleep better.
I'm currently completing my Dynamic Stretch Specialist training through Life Time Academy here in Miami, which means this work keeps evolving. I offer sessions in my studio and I'm also available for mobile work, serving Miami and surrounding areas. Whether you're in the studio or I'm coming to you, the work is the same: structured, focused, and designed to create real change.
I work best with clients who value consistency and clear communication. You'll know what we're doing and why. I also offer fitness training, personal coaching, meditation guidance, and nutrition consulting if you want to build on what we do in the massage sessions.
I welcome men of all backgrounds and orientations. My studio is private, professional, and fully accessible. You'll find a respectful, discrete environment where you can let your guard down and actually receive the work your body needs.

I came in feeling tight and sore, unsure if massage would really help with my recovery. Troy proved me wrong immediately. He seems to sense exactly where my body needs release, and after our session I slept deeper than I have in months. Waking up, my whole body felt looser, more flexible, and genuinely reset.
