About
Twenty-two years of massage work has taught me that safety and relaxation are everything. When a client lies down on my table, I want them to know they're in capable hands—hands that have spent more than two decades learning how bodies hold tension, how trust builds in silence, and what it takes to help someone truly let go.
I trained extensively in Swedish and sports massage, and I've added Reiki and Graston technique to my practice because different bodies need different approaches. Sometimes a client needs deep pressure to release muscle knots. Sometimes they need something quieter. I listen for what you need.
I'm also a Certified Counsellor, which means if you'd rather talk than receive hands-on work, that's welcome too. I've found that emotional and physical tension often travel together, and sometimes the most healing thing I can offer is a calm space and an ear.
My studio in Naples is clean, warm, and private. I'm fully vaccinated. I work in-studio and also make house calls throughout the Naples area. Whether you're recovering from sports injury, managing chronic tension, or just need to feel safe and supported for an hour, I'm here to help. Call or text anytime—I'm available 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

FAQ
What massage techniques does Erik offer in Naples?
I specialize in Swedish and sports massage, and I also work with Reiki and Graston technique depending on what your body needs. Swedish is great for overall relaxation and circulation; sports massage targets the knots athletes and active people develop. Graston uses a tool to break up scar tissue and stubborn tension. Reiki is gentler energy work for clients who prefer lighter touch or emotional release.
Does Erik offer mobile massage in Naples, Florida?
Yes, I come to your home throughout the Naples area. House calls are available—just call or text to arrange a time that works for you.
How much does a 60-minute massage cost in Naples?
A studio session is $150 for 60 minutes. I accept cash and Venmo.
Is Erik available for same-day appointments in Naples?
I'm open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day. Call or text to check availability and book—I often can fit clients in on short notice.
Can I just talk to Erik instead of getting a massage?
Yes. I'm a Certified Counsellor, and if you'd prefer to sit down and talk rather than receive bodywork, that's an option. Sometimes talking is exactly what someone needs.
What makes Erik's massage different?
My priority is that you feel safe and relaxed. Over 22 years, I've learned to read a body and meet it where it is—whether that's deep pressure, gentle touch, or just listening. Clients often tell me they feel the difference from the moment they walk in.
Does Erik offer personal coaching?
Yes, I offer personal coaching as an additional service. This can complement massage work or stand on its own depending on what you're working toward.
