About

Thirty years in practice. That's three decades of learning how the body holds tension, where pain actually originates, and what it takes to help someone finally feel relief. Since 1994, I've been licensed to practice massage therapy in Orlando, and in that time I've watched approaches evolve, but one truth hasn't changed: most pain isn't treated at the source.

I trained at the Reese Institute of Massage right here in Orlando, then continued my education at the Neuromuscular Therapy American Version program and most recently at the Structural Energetic Therapy Center in Tampa. Those schools taught me to look deeper—to understand structural integration, cranial work, and the neuromuscular patterns that keep people stuck in pain cycles.

My studio sits at 2111 E Michigan St, Suite 202, in Orlando. Here's what I've learned: the person who walks in with chronic back pain doesn't need surface-level rubbing. They need someone who'll trace the problem upstream—maybe it's fascia restriction, maybe it's postural compensation, maybe it's something structural that a sports massage therapist or deep tissue specialist alone wouldn't catch. I specialize in treating those stubborn, painful issues that regular massage doesn't quite resolve.

I work with acupressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, conscious breathwork, and neuromuscular techniques. I also work with athletes who want better performance and recovery. Everyone who comes here gets a safe, non-judgmental space and full sheet draping. I'm open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, by appointment only.

My goal is simple: help you heal and live with less pain and more function.

FAQ

How much does massage therapy cost in Orlando?

A 60-minute massage in my Orlando studio is $130. Ninety-minute sessions are $180, and two-hour sessions are $220. I also provide mobile massage therapy if you'd prefer an appointment at home.

What's the difference between deep tissue and structural massage?

Deep tissue focuses on muscle layers and usually targets where you feel pain. Structural work, which I specialize in, addresses the root cause—fascia, alignment, and movement patterns that create pain in the first place. After 30 years, I've learned that treating the source gives longer-lasting relief.

Do you offer same-day appointments in Orlando?

I work by appointment only, with no walk-ins. I'm open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, so depending on availability, same-day bookings are often possible. Call or message to check current openings.

Is craniosacral therapy effective for chronic pain?

Craniosacral therapy can be effective, especially when combined with other techniques. I've used it alongside structural integration and neuromuscular work to help clients with chronic issues find real relief. It works best as part of a comprehensive plan, not as a standalone fix.

Can massage help with sports performance?

Yes. I offer sports massage specifically designed to improve athletic performance and speed recovery. I work with clients to address muscle imbalances, improve mobility, and prevent injury—not just treat pain after it happens.

What should I expect at my first appointment in Orlando?

Your first session includes time to discuss your pain points, movement history, and goals. I'll perform a thorough assessment, explain what I find, and design a treatment plan focused on long-term relief. Full sheet draping and a safe, professional environment are standard.

Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?

I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gift certificates are available. Contact me directly about insurance or payment arrangements.

What is myofascial release and how does it help?

Myofascial release targets the connective tissue surrounding muscles. Restriction in that fascia often causes or perpetuates pain. By releasing fascial tension, we restore movement, reduce pain, and help the body function better long-term.
