About

Twenty-eight years of hands-on practice have taught me what really works. I started at the Institute of Natural Therapeutics in Houston back in 1992, and every session since then has deepened my understanding of how the body holds tension and how to release it.

My specialty is deep tissue and trigger point work, especially in the areas where most people carry their stress: the back, neck, and legs. I spend real time on these zones, using hot peppermint towels on the back and feet to help the muscles let go. Sports massage and reflexology round out my toolkit. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic tightness, or just need someone who knows how to work out a knot without causing pain, I've done this work long enough to know exactly how much pressure is right for you.

I serve the LGBTQ+ community and everyone else in and around Pompano Beach, Florida. You'll find me in my studio or available for mobile sessions. I'm vaccinated and current on my boosters. I take pride in making sure every massage is the best possible experience. That means checking in about pressure and temperature, really listening to what your body needs, and giving the same attention to your feet that I give to your shoulders. Most therapists skip the feet. I don't.

Excellent massage, and Troy took real time working on the areas I needed most. My upper back is completely different now. Thank you.

Email booking was straightforward, and the directions he provided were perfect. The neighborhood is nice and easy to access. Troy started with me face down and really worked my shoulders and upper back—thoroughly and carefully. The neck work was just as good. His pressure was firm without crossing into pain. This is legitimate therapeutic massage. Highly recommended.

Hemasseur's Take

Clients consistently praise Troy's deep tissue and trigger point work, particularly for releasing chronic tension in the shoulders, upper back, and neck. What sets him apart is his willingness to spend real time on the feet—a detail most therapists skip—and his skill at applying firm pressure without causing pain.

Repeated feedback emphasizes how easy booking is, how safe and comfortable his studio feels, and how attentive he is to checking in about pressure and temperature throughout the session. People report visible improvement in problem areas after a single appointment and express confidence in returning.
