About

Seventeen years of working with bodies teaches you something fundamental: there's no such thing as a standard session. Every person who walks into my studio near downtown St. Petersburg brings different pain, different goals, different histories written into their muscles. That's what drew me to this work, and it's what keeps me doing it.

I started with deep tissue massage and still consider it my foundation—that focused, sustained pressure that finds the knots nobody else can reach. But over the years, I've added layers. I completed my Swedish certification at the McKinnon Institute in Berkeley back in 2010, then dove into their Craniosacral Intensive that same year. More recently, I finished Reiki Level 1 and 2 training at the Flesh & Spirit Institute in San Francisco. I've also trained in Shiatsu and Thai massage. The combination matters because your body doesn't speak just one language.

I work out of a professional, comfortable studio space a few minutes from downtown, where the quiet is real and the lighting doesn't feel clinical. When the weather's good, I can also work on the lanai at my home in Disston Heights, up in northern St. Pete. That option changes something—clients tell me there's a peace to getting a massage outside, especially after a long week of staying indoors.

I'm comfortable working with men of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds—cis and trans. Every body is beautiful and worthy of care. I take my time understanding what you actually need before we start, and I'm honest about what works and what doesn't. My studio is reserved in advance, so I ask for a few hours' notice, and I need 24 hours if you need to cancel. First-time clients do need to put down a deposit. These aren't arbitrary rules; they help me give you the real attention your session deserves.

If you have questions before booking, ask them. Be direct about what type of work you're looking for. That conversation is part of the process.
