When you're working with acupressure, trigger point work, and deep tissue techniques, you learn something fundamental over fourteen years: the body holds tension in layers, and each layer needs a different kind of attention. What looks simple on the surface—pressure applied with the right angle and rhythm—is actually a conversation between your hands and someone else's muscles, tendons, and the stories they're holding.
I'm Manny, and I've been having those conversations here at my studio in The Meadows, close to University Town Center, for well over a decade. I offer both in-studio and mobile sessions serving The Meadows and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Whether you're coming to the studio or I'm bringing the work to you at home, the approach stays the same: I listen to what your body needs, and I customize each session around that.
I work with acupressure, aromatherapy, deep tissue, orthopedic techniques, reflexology, reiki, sports massage, Swedish, tandem massage, and trigger point therapy. That range exists for a reason. Some days you need strong, sustained pressure into a tight shoulder. Other days, lighter work with essential oils and reflexology is exactly right. I'll meet you where you're at.
What matters most to me is that you feel safe and relaxed here. There's no body shaming, no judgment, no discrimination.
