Nineteen years of hands-on work have taught me what real relief feels like. I've spent nearly two decades learning how bodies hold tension, where knots hide, and exactly how much pressure it takes to dissolve them without causing pain. Years of dance, acrobatics, and weight lifting gave me strong hands. International travel added technique after technique to my toolkit — acupressure, deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish work. All of it comes together when you're on my table.
I work out of my studio in Nokomis, just outside Venice, where I've built a space that actually feels calm.
