Over the last seven years, I've built my practice around the idea that not everyone can make it to a studio, and some of my best clients are people I've seen across multiple states. I work out of my private studio in West Palm Beach, but I'm constantly on the road serving West Palm Beach and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius, and I'm often traveling to other cities and states. It's given me a real understanding of what people need when they're stressed, sore, or just worn down.
My background is in Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Each session starts the same way: I listen to what's bothering you, where the tension lives, and what kind of relief you're looking for. Then I customize the work. I use a quality oil or cream, a sturdy massage table, and soft music playing in the background to help you sink into the experience.
