Twenty-one years of hands-on practice has taught me what really works. I came to massage therapy in Miami, training at Hands Instituto from 2002 to 2004, and I've spent more than two decades learning how the body holds tension, where it stores stress, and how the right pressure and technique can release it all. Now, working in my Westchester studio and serving Westchester and surrounding areas, I bring that experience to every session.
I'm Colombian, and that background shapes how I work. My priority has always been your emotional and physical satisfaction, not just a surface-level treatment. When you come in or when I come to you, I listen. I meet you where you are. You might need deep tissue work to unlock those tight muscles, or maybe aromatherapy and Thai techniques to help your whole body relax. I offer Swedish, Lomi Lomi, lymphatic drainage, and other methods, blending them so the massage feels right for you.
