Twenty-two years of working with bodies—that's what you learn when you've been doing massage since 2002. Time teaches you things no classroom can. It teaches you where tension lives, how pressure should feel to heal rather than hurt, and what it means to make someone feel truly welcome on your table.
I completed my Therapeutic Massage Training Program at Florida College of Natural Health in Fort Lauderdale back in 2003, and I've spent every year since building something real here in Wilton Manors. I started this work because I wanted to serve the LGBTQ community—a community that deserves care from someone who gets it. But over the years, I've had the privilege of working with all kinds of people, and what matters most is that everyone who walks through my door feels safe and valued.
My approach blends Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, and stretching techniques. I also work with acupressure, trigger point release, reflexology, and sports massage depending on what your body needs.
