I trained at the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Orlando, then spent years deepening my skills in Hawaiian Lomilomi work at Sacred Bodyworks in Homestead and Qi Massage through the Massage Institute in Jacksonville. That foundation has let me blend Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai, reflexology, reiki, and chair massage into sessions that actually fit the person in front of me, not some preset formula.
