At the Atlanta School of Massage in 2017 and 2018, I trained intensively in Swedish massage and deep tissue therapy—work that taught me how the body speaks when you listen to it carefully. Ten years later, I still think about what those foundations gave me: not just technique, but the ability to feel tension patterns, to know when to hold steady pressure and when to shift, to understand that every client's nervous system is different.
I work out of my studio in Decatur, Georgia, and I also travel within a five-mile radius to bring sessions to your home. Either way, the experience is the same: a quiet, private space where you can let your guard down. A heated table.
