Before we start, we talk. I want to know what's tight, what hurts, what you're hoping for. Then I begin with some light stretches to get your blood moving and deepen that connection between us.
From there, the pressure is yours to direct. I work light to firm, whatever your comfort level calls for that day. I'm also trained in four-hand massage if you're interested in something deeper or more immersive.
