Eighteen years of hands-on work with men in Chicago has taught me what real relief looks like. It's not always about pain—sometimes it's the quiet tension you didn't even know you were carrying in your shoulders, your lower back, your chest. I've spent nearly two decades learning how to listen with my hands, to feel where your body is holding onto stress and exactly how much pressure will help you let it go.

My studio in East Lakeview, just off Broadway and Addison, is a private space designed for that kind of attentive care. Every session blends firm, focused deep tissue work with the flowing, restorative quality of Swedish massage. I don't use a template—I read your body, adjust my pressure and pace based on what you need in that moment, and leave you genuinely grounded and clear afterward.

You'll have access to a full shower here if you want one, soft lighting, music, aromatherapy, cold water—all the details that make you feel cared for before and after your time on the table. I'm available six to eleven most evenings, seven days a week.
